President Bhandari authenticates five separate bills

KATHMANDU, June 29 : President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday authenticated five separate bills. The Bill designed to provide for in relation to expenditure of funds and appropriation from the federal consolidated fund for services and action of FY 2020/21 and the Bill designed to Implement the proposal relating to Finance of the Government of Nepal were authenticated.

Likewise, the Bill Designed to provide for the right to raise national debt, Bill Designed to Amend the Loan and surety Act, and Bill Designed to Replace the Ordinance on retaining the existing provisions of some Nepal Act by Abrogating some Ordinances,2077 were also certified.
These bills presented for authentication after being endorsed from the both houses of the parliament were authenticated as per Article 133 of the Constitution, according to the statement issued by the President’s Office. RSS
