SIRAHA, March 17: All nine individuals, who recently returned Siraha-10, Narhaiya from India, have tested negative for coronavirus, according to District Health Office chief Krishna Dev Yadav.

They underwent a medical checkup at Janaki Hospital after they complained of common cold and cough.

The total number of infection in India has risen to 130.

Nepal has only one confirmed case so far. A student returning from Wuhan had tested positive on Jan 24.

Nepal has tested 477 other people for suspected COVID-19, but none of them have tested positive.
